1. Cold feed extruder screw
Cold feed rubber extruder is an important equipment used in the rubber processing industry. 2. Hot feed extruder barrel
The barrel of the hot feed extruder is provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet. The barrel encloses the screw, while the screw operates in the barrel. When the screw rotates, it can push the material forward, heat is transferred to the material by the external heating of the barrel, and the volume of the screw is gradually reduced, so that the material is uniformly mixed and plasticized into a molten viscous flow state after being subjected to multiple forces such as extrusion, overturning and shearing, so as to complete the plasticization of the material.
